Boy, you don't research facts do you? All of the build up to this terrible attack happened under Clintons watch. The first 2 bombings of the World Trade Center, and the attack on USS Cole are just to begin with. You first put a draft dodger into the White House, and then push his failings onto the current President. When Clinton's failure in Foreign Policy kills almost 3000 innocent people, his gutting of the military, and intelligence gathering operations are put on President Bush, who was just getting his feet wet in the office . The only time Clinton did anything, was when he was trying to "wag the dog" away from hiis impeachment.

Before you make comments, look into the whole issue, not just the left leaning blogs. There is a thing called the "right to information act"; you can actually find out that both parties had failings. Unless you've been to our current combat zones, you really can't comment on combat actions. Your only information has came from the biased media.
